I created FitByJaz because I know how intimidating traditional gyms can feel. I wanted to build something different β a space where women feel safe, seen, supported, and challenged in the best possible way.
My approach combines smart strength training, realistic nutrition, and mindset work β because lasting transformation is about so much more than the physical.
